ResourcesA PrequalFunnel widget bundles several calculators into one embed: a floating launcher with a menu, a row of tabs, a set of buttons that open popups, or a grid of cards. You add one line of code, choose the calculators and their order, and every lead still arrives with the borrower's inputs and results.
There are four widget types. Each starts from a set of presets you can then adjust.
A button in the corner of every page opens a panel with your calculator list. Good for site-wide coverage without redesigning pages.
Calculators side by side in tabs on one page, for example Payment, Affordability and DTI on a "Know your numbers" page. On phones, tabs scroll or collapse into a drop-down.
A row of buttons, each opening its calculator in a popup. Useful under a hero section or a loan-program description.
A grid of cards with a label, icon and short blurb; each opens its calculator in a popup. The grid reflows to the width it has.
Behavior settings decide when the widget opens and what it remembers. Pick the least intrusive option that still gets used.
| Setting | What it does | When to use it |
|---|---|---|
| Open on click | Opens only when the visitor clicks | The default; best for most sites |
| Open after a delay | Opens after a set number of seconds | Long program pages where people read first |
| Open at scroll depth | Opens when the visitor scrolls a set percentage | Blog posts and guides |
| Open on exit intent | Opens when the visitor moves to leave | A last offer of a quick payment estimate |
| Open once | Auto-open happens a single time per visitor | Keeps returning visitors from being nagged |
| Remember | Reopens the calculator they last used | Borrowers comparing numbers across visits |
| Full screen on phones | Panels and popups take the whole screen on small devices | Almost always; forms are easier to fill |
Setup happens in the dashboard with a live preview beside the editor.
Choose floating, tabs, buttons or cards, then start from a preset that is close to what you want.
Search the calculators your plan includes, add them, drag them into order and edit each label, icon and blurb.
Inherit your calculator styling, apply a preset theme, or use a saved theme. See calculator themes for what each plan includes.
Choose how it opens and whether it goes full screen on phones, then check it in the light and dark, desktop and mobile preview.
Copy the snippet into your site or HighLevel funnel. Edits you make later go live without changing the code.
Yes, within reason. Panels and popups behave as dialogs: focus stays inside while open, Escape closes them and returns focus, tabs work with arrow keys, touch targets are at least 44 pixels, and animations switch off for visitors who prefer reduced motion. Widgets render in isolated containers, so your site's CSS can't break them and theirs can't change your pages. You remain responsible for your own site's overall accessibility and disclosures.

A widget is the front door of the funnel. A single embedded calculator answers one question; a widget lets the borrower move from "what would my payment be" to "how much house can I afford" to "where does my DTI land" without leaving your page. Each step makes the eventual conversation more useful.
A practical layout for many LOs: a floating launcher site-wide with three or four core calculators such as the mortgage payment calculator, the affordability calculator and the DTI calculator, plus a tabs widget on a dedicated "Know your numbers" page that you link from email signatures and social bios.
Every calculator in a widget keeps its own lead form. When a borrower asks for a quote, the lead lands in your built-in CRM with their inputs, results and traffic source, and on Producer or Brokerage it can also be pushed to HighLevel by webhook. The widget doesn't change what a lead contains; it just gives more borrowers a reason to get that far.
On limits: Originator includes 1 widget, Producer 10, and Brokerage Unlimited. A widget only shows calculators your plan includes, so the Qualifying Income tools appear in widgets on Brokerage.

It is one embed that holds several calculators. Visitors pick the one they need from a floating launcher, tabs, buttons or cards. It saves you from placing separate calculators on separate pages and keeps borrowers on your site while they compare numbers.
Originator includes 1 widget, Producer includes 10, and Brokerage includes Unlimited. Each widget can hold several calculators, so most single-LO sites need only one or two.
No. Each calculator inside a widget uses its normal lead form, so the contact arrives with name, contact details, consent, every input and result, the page URL and the traffic source, just like a standalone embed.
Yes. Besides opening on click, a widget can open after a delay, at a scroll depth or on exit intent, and you can limit auto-open to once per visitor. Use auto-open sparingly; an interruption that comes too early tends to be closed.
It can if both sit in the same corner. Move the launcher or the chat button so they don't overlap, and check the mobile preview, where panels can open full screen.
Yes. Paste the one-line snippet into a custom code element on a HighLevel funnel or website page. See the HighLevel integration for sending the resulting leads into a workflow.
Yes. Each widget counts impressions and opens. Compare those with the leads in your CRM to see whether a placement is pulling its weight, and pause a widget without removing its code if you want to test without it.
Yes, if your plan includes it. A widget can inherit your calculator styling, use a preset theme or a saved theme. Theme tiers apply the same way they do to single calculators.
No. The snippet points at the widget, so changes you save in the dashboard, such as new calculators, order or design, show up on your site without touching the code again.
