Our commitment

We want prequalfunnel.com and the PrequalFunnel calculators to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboards only, screen magnification, voice control or high-contrast settings. Borrowers who rely on assistive technology deserve the same chance to run their numbers as anyone else, and loan officers deserve tools that do not shut them out.

Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA on prequalfunnel.com. This statement is based on our own review of the site in October 2026, using keyboard-only testing, screen reader spot checks, automated checks and contrast measurements in light and dark modes. We have not yet commissioned an independent audit.

What we have built in

  • A skip link, landmark regions and a logical heading order on every page.
  • Full keyboard operation of navigation, menus, search, dialogs, tabs and accordions, with a visible focus indicator.
  • Every overlay can be closed with a visible button or the Escape key, and focus returns to where you were.
  • Text and interface contrast checked in light and dark themes and in each color palette.
  • Respect for your device's reduced-motion setting, plus a control to stop animations.
  • An accessibility panel for larger text, higher contrast, stopped motion and highlighted links. Your settings are remembered on your device.
  • Layouts that reflow at 320 pixels wide and at 200% zoom without losing content or functions.
  • Form fields with visible labels, clear error messages and instructions that do not rely on color alone.
  • Both English and Spanish versions, with the page language set correctly for screen readers.

Known limitations

We would rather tell you about these than have you find them:

  • Embedded calculators are a separate component. The calculators on this site load from the app domain. They are designed and tested on their own, with labeled fields and keyboard support, but they are a different piece of software from the site around them. Some views, such as charts and long amortization tables, may be harder to use with a screen reader; the key numbers are also shown as text.
  • Calculators on customers' websites. When a loan officer embeds a calculator, they control the surrounding page, its colors and the copy they add. We cannot guarantee the accessibility of that page.
  • Third-party pages are not covered. Links to HighLevel, government agencies, Stripe checkout and other outside sites lead to pages we do not control.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile. Our forms use Turnstile for spam protection. It usually runs without any action from you, but if it asks for a check you cannot complete, email us and we will help.
  • Images and charts in articles. Some charts and screenshots in guides may have shorter text alternatives than we would like; tell us if one leaves you missing information.

Compatibility

The site is designed to work with current versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, and with common assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack. It may not work fully with older browsers.

How to report a barrier

If something on prequalfunnel.com or in a PrequalFunnel calculator stops you from completing a task, please tell us. Email support@prequalfunnel.com and include:

  1. the page address (URL);
  2. what you were trying to do and what happened;
  3. the browser, device and any assistive technology you were using.

We aim to reply within one business day during business hours. We will tell you what we plan to do, and if a fix will take time, we will help you get the information or complete the task another way, for example by email.

Our ongoing work

We test new pages and calculators against WCAG 2.2 AA before they launch, fix confirmed issues in priority order, and update this statement when our approach or the known limitations change.

Questions loan officers ask

How do I report an accessibility problem?

Email support@prequalfunnel.com with the page address, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We aim to reply within one business day.

Does this statement cover calculators on a loan officer's website?

It covers the calculators as we build them, but not the rest of the loan officer's page. That website's owner is responsible for their own content and layout.
